Some encouraging performances:  2nd for Eimear Maher at the Bislett Games 1500, 9:17 3,000 for Ella Fennelly and 6.35 LJ from (the now uber consistent) Elizabeth Ndudi.

Could DSD sweep the 1,500, 5,000 and Steeple (Roisín Treacy) at nationals?

Day 6 (yes, 6!) of the Dublin Juvenile champs will have finished when you read this.

But there’s more:  we host a Dublin Graded on Saturday afternoon and a Dublin Juvenile league meet on Sunday and the Spraoi games (for our youngest people) next Friday.  The portaloos have arrived.  Two cheers.  Hopefully our portaloo days will be behind us soon.

There’s an Athletics Committee meeting and a Board meeting next week to keep the ship steady.

And we have an art competition for our juveniles in progress.  Sure, why not?  Post your entries at the track for the competition in the box at the track by 19th June.
