Recovering from my performance at the ECCC in Spain, I’m grateful to the team who got the team there, led by Sharon Wilson.

Also, Paul O’Donnell.  What a man.

The next generation were in action at the Dublin Juveniles can aspire to making that team in the future.

As the building works draw in to completion, we are again temporarily inconvenienced in track access.  I promise it will be worth it.

Admittedly, we  did not predict the smoke inhalation risks from Hell Fire on Thursday.

Small event this weekend: the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon.  I am pleased that we have sufficient voluteers signed up but don’t let that stop you signing up to help if you haven’t already.

Watch out for Hiko’s girlfriend at the front end: Chaltu Dida joined us and will wear the DSD colours.  She is only ranked 7th in the world over 10k.
The summer camp sales are at over 80% and the team is assembled.  The chaos unfolds from the first week in July so don’t leave it too late to sign up.
