At the all ireland 5k, Ella Fennelly’s first national title and Aaron Donnelly’s first podium.  Also first time Killian Mooney has run without a hat.

Elizabeth Ndudi 6.47 LJ in the US. I expect we will see her in August at the European champs.
Alexandra Ring, daughter of club TJ record holder winning Dublin long jump.
Our improving depth at endurance shown in the Paugeot series win aat midweek:  3 women running 17 mins and 3 men running 15 mins.  (Welcome newcomer Ruby Wall).
