At the juniors, a pleasingly symmetrical 48:48 400m from Andrew Hayes.

At the masters:  Avril Dillon is back. National record 9.07 in the 60h

The road season started on St Patrick’s Day at the Peugeot Race Series in Portlaoise. ‘Great to see new names scoring on the team:  Joel Luke, Emily Witham, Ciara Kernan and Tommy Palzer.
