Magical day on Saturday for DSD’s U20 and U23 athletes.
This was the end of a very long season our U20 and U23 athletes proved their worth and produced so many PB’s and stood up on the podium to accept their well-deserved medals.
In the U20 Lauryn Healy finally got her IPB in the high jump -1.66 - and 🥇,
Andrew Hayes also got a PB and 🥈in 400m 48.86 ⬇️48.48

The U23 championships saw Ciara Wilson Bowen get another 🥇and another PB for 3000mW 14:09.75.
Andrew McGilton had a wonderful run in 800m, in honour of his grandad who sadly passed away the previous day, with a PB and 🥈1:53.00⬇️ 1:52.81,
Rachel Lynch was second 🥈in 60m hurdles 9.12
Molly Mulally claimed 🥉in the triple jump - 10.82
