Ruben won the individual gold ahead of a strong field from Tullamore AC, Durrus AC, and a number of Dublin clubs. Our man also lead a strong Dublin M50 team (342 points) to victory, ahead of Wexford (445 points) in second, and Cork (578 points) in third. 🥇
