The Upper Trails returned to use.  (You don’t know what you have till it’s gone.)  And a contractor is engaged for lower trails.  Might be another few weeks before we are fully back.

Planning for the men’s and woman’s teams for European Champion Clubs Cup in Spain (23 May) is progressing.  Great enthusiasm from the 44 selected athletes.

New US recruit Kate Joyce joined us this week. She can pelt a spear 56m apparently.

On Saturday and Sunday, we have the national senior indoors.  ‘Might be good.

VHI Women’s Mini Marathon entries open on 4th March.  If you’re interested in running, set your alarm as places will evaporate fast.  If you aren’t running, you are invited* to help us out on 31st May.
