Men’s and Women’s teams on the podium at the indoor league.  
Personal highlight; Louise King hissing: “ I don’t care how far I jump once I jump further than Ratoath.”  

The intermediate and masters XC held on a 1 km loop on Sunday.  If you weren’t mad starting, you were at the end.  Ruth Wilson 7th keeping the famous silver vest to the fore.
