New names, Tommy Paltzer (1,500) and Phenyo Lorato-Rakwadi (Long jump and relay) helped our men qualify for this Saturday’s final of the national indoor league.

The juvenile gang did not disgrace.  53 complete relay teams competed on Saturday in the Dublins.  That is testament to a strong team culture and hard-working coaches.  Beir Bua.

Our littlest warriors were out in force at the Spraoi games on Sunday.  

And our masters were hoovering up medals at the Scottish indoors.

Grainne McAdam continued her powerful adequacy for Joseph Oyekanmi and his family.  Thanks to all who attended the demo on Thursday.  Anyone who has seen Joseph run has been privileged.  Class acts. (Grainne and Joseph).

Emma McEvoy had a useful 9.35 in the Armagh 5k.  Hopefully a good tune up for the indoor league final tomorrow.
