The Dublin Masters’ results provided plenty of interest.  It’s great to see Ado Murphy back on the podium.   And her majesty Maria abided in the over 50s where she put Tony O’Halloran to the sword (among others).

On the same day in the luxury of the National Indoor Arena, 120 of our younger athletes had a great 2-hour session.  Thanks to John Walsh and his team for organising.

If I was worried that the indoors would soften up our youth, my fears dissipated on Thursday seeing so many out in the 4° and lashings on the track.

The Events team had a 15-minute sell out for their Nollaig na mBan early bird VHI mini marathon entry.  It looks like entries will be hot again this year.  But don’t worry if you can’t get an entry because you can always volunteer to help at the event!

And thanks to Sharon Wilson for the super fixture lists posted on Club Zap with schedules and a comprehensive guide.  Everything is there.
It was also great to see all the rooms in the house being used for training.  Thanks especially to facilities volunteer Finnbarr O’Meara for completing the rubber flooring.
Maybe an entire rubber room for the chair will be next.
