Uneven Ages National Cross Country Championships were held last Sunday in Abbotstown, and big congratulations must go to all our young athletes in action, who were introduced to lots of mud all around the course.   After battling through the very difficult conditions yesterday, cross country will never seem as bad again and this experience will stand to them in future competitions.   Well done to all our young athletes, parents, coaches and officials for all the hard work.
