4 degrees, dark and wet.  Perfect Saturday morning on the campus.  Outside normal gangsters, Kevin Byrne had a Try Pole Vault morning, there was a Try the Walks session and there was a level 1 coaching course. 

'Met DSD legend Joe Sweeney coaching Little Athletics who said he LOVES how athletics is never cancelled.

The women's Meet and Train xc league brought the squad to the Curragh.  This was not a thinly disguised visit to Kildare Village. 

Enjoyed the Super Sunday run in disappointly good weather on Sunday.

This weekend we have wrap up of the domestic XC in Abbotstown.  'Hoping our novice men can make an impact as well as the juvenile teams.
