Halfway through the Dublin juveniles XC after last weekend and DSD is top team with a team in every age division.

And pleasing to see a young novice men’s team on the podium.

I see Clare Flanagan completing the Athletics Ireland Women in Sport Leadership programme.  Lucky to have Clare and so many great women leading our club.

This week the consultation process starts on fit out of our indoor straight, gym and office in Phase 2. 

And on Wednesday we’ll have a seminar on Thermo regulation (heat stroke prevention to you and I) with Joost Fonville.

Today 17th October we welcome Bláithín Elizabeth Eves to this world, daughter of DSD greats Lisa Banahan and the man who won’t retire, John Eves.

Our Masters are in action in Madeira at the European champs – Adina takes 🥉 with a borrowed pair of cross country spikes.
