Saturday 27th July was a big day for our Masters team with our largest group that I can remember entering this event. There was a grand total of 15 on the day, 16 in total for the competition if you count Lucy Moore who competed the previous weekend in Nationals with her gold in the Heavy Hammer.

 

We had 6 new faces to the Masters competition this year who joined some of the more seasoned master athletes.  Wonderful for the club to see the younger athletes also making their debut on the debut and coming home with Gold, bringing their babies and families along to cheer everyone on.
