At the 28th Moore Guldensporen Meeting in Belgium last weekend, Ciarán Carthy set a brilliant new P.B of 46.35, in the Senior Men’s 400m, where he finished in 8th position.
At the 28th Moore Guldensporen Meeting in Belgium last weekend, Ciarán Carthy set a brilliant new P.B of 46.35, in the Senior Men’s 400m, where he finished in 8th position.
This is a great step up for Ciarán, who ran nice and relaxed and steady over the first 200m and felt very strong in the finishing straight to finish close up at the finish line. This augurs well for Ciarán for the National Seniors and the rest of the season.
