This week...

Starts as last week finished with an Eimear Maher performance.  She runs in the final of the u 23 Euro final tomorrow...

While you are resting...the rest of the club has opted for tougher challenges...

Dillon Ryan is taking on the Wicklow Way 127k race tonight Friday from 9pm. 
He has to make it to Marlay Park within the 20 hour limit.  

Killian Mooney takes on the Snowden international hill race Saturday.  A DSD man, Robbie Bryson still has the record for the ascent from the 90s...Something for Kiĺlian to aim for...

On Sunday we attempt the unprecedented men's and women's team titles double in the National 10 miles.  Unprecedented because the boys and girls have won the 5k and 5 miles titles already this year...

Speaking of 10 miles, great to have 2:10 marathoner Paul O'Donnell back in town  and strolling to victory in the Peugeot 10 ml series...

The multi eventers are on this weekend, the last outing of the season for the juvenile competitors and the seniors' chance to exhaust themselves... all 6 of them.

Lauryn Healy and Adona Dejuzewdie are
off to Derby to compete in the SIAB schools international tomorrow in the High Jump and discus. 👏👏

A group of 5 juveniles are competing in the European Youth Orienteering Championships (EYOC) - Gerry Browne (M18), Sadhbh Hassett (W18), Niamh Browne, Fionnuala Rowe and Deirbhile Hassett (W16).
