British Milers Club meeting in Loughborough:
Ella Fennelly continued her impressive summer of racing with a huge win at the British Milers Club meeting in Loughborough at the weekend. Ella won the 3K in a PB of 7.17, this puts her 6th in the 2025 Irish outdoor performance list. 

Dunshaughlin:
DSD Meet and Train & Senior Endurance squads combined to win the Peugeot series team competition in Dunshaughlin at the weekend. 

The DSD Men and Women’s teams both finished 3rd in their respective categories, however combined to win the overall team competition. 

The women’s team were led home by Lisa Gaughran in 9th 38.09, Romaine King 10th 38.11 with Sinead Ward 22nd 45.36.

The men’s team were led by Eanna O’Bradaigh  10th 31.34, Philip Simpson 43rd 34.46, Gavin Callery 49th 35.08,  Ruben Bartelink 50th 35.09.

DSD were also prominent in the various age categories where Romaine won the Female O40 category, Ruben was 2nd M50, Adriel Prina Mello 3rd M50 and Tadgh Bartelink won the junior men’s 35.68.

Summer racing continues this coming weekend with the Irish Milers Club meet Saturday, and National 5 mile Sunday.
