At the Athletics Leinster UCD Meet last night, Lorcan Murphy broke Derek O’Connor’s 100m club record set in 1983, when he ran a blistering 10.46.   Mollie O’Reilly won the women’s 100m with a time of 11.67.  

Andrew Hayes finished 2nd in the 400m clocking 49.02.   Sean Quinn ran a fine 1500m to finish 4th in 3.53.12, and Cara Murphy impressed in the 400mH finishing in 2nd place.
