👨‍🏫Great performance seminar  in Windmill Lane last weekend.  Well done to Sarah O'Carroll and team.  Have been taking vit D, running even slower and doing split squats since.

💪 But I missed the DSD Throws day.  Also the rain which accompanied it.  Well done Anita and team.

🌳 🚚 On Wednesday we had the political class on campus.  Fair play.  But I had to point out we were making the biggest contribution.  Roll on Phase 2.

🍊We are waiting for dispatches from the Masters in Florida.  

The juvenile All Irelands kick off tomorrow. So much to watch.
