Emma McEvoy delivered on her promise with a stomping run in the Eurocross while Sean Quinn ran with his usual ambition and commitment.  Inspiring.

We had 11 (11!) teams in the Jingle Bells 5k that morning and many turned up with the party.  Amy O'Donohue showed she is wintering well with the win in the wind.

Gerry Dunne got the ESB in to move the pole toppled by Storm Darragh.

Lucy Moore gave her famous intro to  Triple Jump session last Sunday.

I  noticed dozens of Little Athletes running, jumping and throwing on Wednesday in the best of form despite the harsh conditions.

Stephen "Burco King" Judge cranked up the hot chocolate machine on Saturday and served the grateful hordes as the juveniles signed off for this year.
