DSD Athletic Club CLG (the Club) gives notice to all its members that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, 19th October 2026 at 1945hrs at the Indoor Straight Building on the DSD campus.
The AGM is an important opportunity for members to review the Club's activities and finances for the past year, elect the new board, and discuss any other matters of interest or concern.

· Election of board members (Cynthia O’Neill, Mark Conway and Fintan Hourihan

Members who wish to nominate themselves or others for the committee positions should
send their nominations to the Secretary at secretary@dsdathletics.ie by 10th October 2026.
The nominations should include the name and contact details of the nominee, the position
they are applying for, and a brief statement of their suitability and vision for the role.
Members who have any items of business that they wish to raise at the AGM should also
send them to the Secretary by the same date. The items should be relevant to the Club's
objectives and activities, and should be accompanied by a brief explanation and rationale.
A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy using the form set out in
Section 184 of the Companies Act 2014.
The Club encourages all members to attend the AGM and participate in the decision-making
process.
