Avril Dillon in her 1st race in the W45 category got off to a flying start smashing the existing W45 60m record (8.53 secs) with a 8.07 secs performance despite having eased off in 2nd half of race due to slight twinge. More to look forward to!

 

✨✨✨Combined Events

🥇Kevin Byrne (M50) was 1st in M50 category in Pentathlon with his 10.09 secs in the 60m Hurdles his strongest event. 

 

🥇Peadar McGing (M65) was also 1st in his age category in the Pentathlon, with High Jump bring his highest scoring event. 

 

Fabulous start to Masters Indoor season.  Kevin was also coaching Lorcan Murphy to a great 2nd place in the Senior Men's eventin between his own competition in the NIA.  Busy day for Kevin
